After many times of concentrated discussion in each production team, recently, the workshop of our company issued and implemented 6S management inspection standard and assessment system.

  According to the 6S management and assessment rules of the company and combined with the 6S management inspection standard after the workshop is detailed, each workshop requires the employees in each production area and post to follow the principle of "constantly 6S, 6S everything", each shift by the monitor to organize personnel to carry out several times of shift inspection of 6S management state on the production site. The workshop conducts more than two comprehensive weekly inspections on the 6S management status of all its employees or positions every week, and the 6S management promotion team of the workshop conducts monthly assessment on each production team every month, and the rewards and punishments are directly implemented to the relevant responsible persons.

  By improving the 6S management system, the workshop further creates a safe, efficient, clean and standardized workshop production site environment, and improves the basic team management level and the working efficiency of team management personnel.
